Privacy Statement<\/b><\/p>\n
At Tacos Zapata, we value your privacy. Any information collected from customers or potential customers is securely safeguarded and shared only on a need-to-know basis within our team. We do not sell, share, or disclose your information to any third parties.<\/p>\n
Quote Requests & Event Bookings<\/b><\/p>\n
Submitting an online quote form, contacting a Tacos Zapata representative, or making an inquiry does not guarantee or secure your event. To confirm your booking, a deposit of at least $100<\/b> must be made within 24 hours<\/b> of receiving a quote or proposal. You will receive an official invoice or contract from a Tacos Zapata representative to confirm your booking.<\/p>\n
Deposit Policy<\/b><\/p>\n
To secure your event, a deposit of $100 or 15% of the total event cost (whichever is greater)<\/b> is required. Deposits are necessary to confirm any booking with Tacos Zapata.<\/p>\n
Cancellation Policy<\/b><\/p>\n
\u2022100% Refund<\/b>: If you cancel at least two weeks<\/b> before your event date.<\/p>\n
\u2022No Refund<\/b>: Cancellations made within one week of the event<\/b> will result in no refund<\/b>, including cancellations due to weather.<\/p>\n
\u2022Same-Day Cancellations<\/b>: Events canceled on the day of the event<\/b> will be billed 50% of the total invoice<\/b>.<\/p>\n

Final Payment Policy<\/b><\/p>\n
Final payment must be made on or before the event date<\/b>.<\/p>\n
Accepted payment methods:<\/p>\n
\u2022Cash<\/b><\/p>\n
\u2022Check (payable to Mex Restaurant, Inc.)<\/b><\/p>\n
\u2022Credit Card (online or over the phone)<\/b> \u2013 Note: A 5% convenience fee<\/b> applies to credit card payments made after November 1, 2022<\/b>.<\/p>\n
If payment is not received on time, a 1.5% monthly late fee (18% annually)<\/b> and a 10% delinquent fee<\/b> will apply to outstanding balances.<\/p>\n
Gratuity & Tipping Policy<\/b><\/p>\n
Gratuity is completely optional<\/b>. Tipping is left to the customer\u2019s discretion, with average tips ranging between 10% to 20%<\/b>. Once gratuity is provided, it is non-refundable<\/b>.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Taco Catering Service Policy<\/b><\/p>\n
All taco catering services include 2 hours of serving time<\/b> unless stated otherwise on your invoice.<\/p>\n
\u2022For each additional hour of service<\/b>, there is a charge of $150<\/b>.<\/p>\n
\u2022Our catering team will arrive 40-60 minutes before<\/b> the event to set up and start cooking.<\/p>\n
\u2022If early service is requested, the team will still depart after the agreed-upon serving period.<\/p>\n
Leftovers Policy:<\/b><\/p>\n
Customers may keep any leftover food, including meats, rice, beans, and condiments. However, Tacos Zapata employees will not provide containers<\/b> for leftovers.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Cooking & Health Regulations<\/b><\/p>\n
For sanitation and health reasons, Tacos Zapata cannot cook any homemade or outside food<\/b> on our taco carts.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Event Set-Up Requirements<\/b><\/p>\n
It is the customer\u2019s responsibility<\/b> to notify us of any potential obstacles that may delay or interfere with our team\u2019s arrival or service. Examples include:<\/p>\n
\u2022Stairs<\/b><\/p>\n
\u2022Limited parking<\/b><\/p>\n
\u2022Domestic pets<\/b><\/p>\n
If delays occur due to these obstacles, no discounts or additional serving time<\/b> will be provided.<\/p>\n
A $10 fee per flight of stairs<\/b> applies if our team needs to carry equipment up stairs to reach the service location.<\/p>\n
