Coto De Caza Taco Bar Catering

This past week has been busier than normal.  We had numerous taco catering events throughout all of Orange County and Riverside County.  One particular event our taco catering team enjoyed doing was a late birthday party in the city of Coto de Caza.   This event was a birthday party for a longtime customer who got Covid and was in the hospital for over a month.   Naturally, we were happy to see him again and in better health.   

This gentleman requested on-site taco catering for his birthday.  He specifically wanted Al Pastor, Carnitas, and Carne Asada tacos.  His family also enjoyed our delicious taco cart tacos along with everything we served at our taco bar.   There were no more than ten guests in attendance but almost everyone had over ten tacos.   At the end of the event, we packed up all the leftovers and said our goodbyes.

We are almost fully booked for Super Bowl Sunday.  We still have a couple of slots open for drop-offs.
