Taco Cart Catering Buena Park

**Hello, taco fans, 

Today was a such busy day for all of us here at Tacos Zapata.  Our mobile taco man catering teams were all over Orange County as well as Los Angeles taco catering onsite for numerous events.  It was has been so busy prepping for all these taco bar catering events.  We were almost a little stressed out?

Some of our taco cart catering staff arrived around 5 am to begin prepping all the fresh salsas, guacamole, pico de gallo, and of course, rice and beans.  Many of our customers do not know what everything entails to cater to numerous taco events, many simultaneously and still run our taco shop.

Our first onsite taco catering event started at 10:00 am in the city of Buena Park for a high school.  Our mobile taco catering team arrived early to set up and cook as they had to feed over two hundred people for a ceremony.  Our taco bar catering team had a fun time cooking and serving everyone our delicious taco cart tacos.  We hope to be back soon and cater there again. 

Our second and third events were both in the city of Placentia.  Our taco catering teams both had mobile birthday parties to cater for.  Each of the events was very special as they were for younger kids who could not attend school and interact with other children.  It was great seeing them interact with their peers and enjoying our delicious taco man tacos.

Some of our other taco man taco catering teams catered for Dana Point, Pasadena, Hawthorne, and Encino.  It was a great feeling being able to cater more events getting closer to the holiday season.  

With Thanksgiving only a few weeks away, we are almost booked to full capacity.  We encourage everyone to book their taco catering events as soon as possible.  We will be doing taco trays for drop-offs and pick-ups at our taco shop in the city of Fullerton.
