Taco Catering In The City of Orange

**If you were out in the city of Orange yesterday, perhaps you saw our mobile taco catering team on-site taco catering for a manufacturing plant.  We had multiple taco catering teams rotating throughout the day, covering about four different shifts.  In total, our taco catering teams fed over 250 guests.  The first shift that our mobile taco catering team covered was at 5:00 am.    This was a challenging event as our taco catering team started the day early to begin prepping everything.  They arrived at our shop a 2:30 am to begin preparing all the food.  At 5:00 am, they were on location, feeding the first shift some delicious taco cart tacos.

All of the employees were very excited to have Tacos Zapata on-site taco catering their event.  Especially so early in the morning.  Everyone enjoyed our delicious al pastor, carnitas, and carne asada tacos.  I would say about half of the people there repeated and went for the second round of tacos.  The rest of the shifts throughout the day went great as well.  At the end of each shift, our staff boxed up any leftovers for the crew to keep.  Many of the employees inquired with our taco catering team about our taco catering services and even requested business cards. 

 
Mobile taco catering in the city of Orange was a huge success.  Tomorrow is Superbowl Sunday, and tomorrow Tacos Zapata will have over a dozen taco catering teams taco catering all over Orange County, Riverside, and Los Angeles.  Superbowl Sunday is one of the busiest days of the year.  The majority of the customers tomorrow are long-time repeat customers who always book us for taco catering parties throughout the year and decide to have us back for Superbowl.  Football and tacos are a great combination.  We are already taking reservations for next year's Superbowl; book your next event today.
