Taco Cart Catering Laguna Hills

**Hello, taco fans, 

Today was a busy day for all of us here at Tacos Zapata.  Our taco catering teams were all over Orange County taco catering onsite for numerous events.  It was the first time since Covid started that our shop has been so busy prepping for all these taco catering events.  We were almost a little stressed out?

Some of our taco catering staff arrived around 5 am to begin prepping all the fresh salsas, guacamole, pico de gallo, and of course, rice and beans.  Many of our customers do not know what everything entails to cater to numerous taco events, many simultaneously and still run our taco shop.

Our first onsite taco catering event started at 10:00 am in the city of Laguna Hills for a high school.  Our mobile taco catering team arrived early to set up and cook as they had to feed over one hundred people for a ceremony.  Our taco catering team had a fun time cooking and serving everyone our delicious taco cart tacos.  We hope to be back soon and cater there again. 

Our second and third events were both in the city of Huntington Beach.  Our taco catering teams both had mobile birthday parties to cater for.  Each of the events was very special as they were for younger kids who, due to Covid, could not attend school and interact with other children.  It was great seeing them interact with their peers and enjoying our delicious taco cart tacos.

Some of our other taco man taco catering teams catered for Irvine, Anaheim, Fullerton, and Yorba Linda.  It was a great feeling being able to cater more events since Covid started.   Slowly we are somewhat returning to normal, and that makes all of us very happy.

With Superbowl only a few weeks away, we are almost booked to full capacity.  We encourage everyone to book their taco catering events as soon as possible.  We will be doing taco trays for drop-offs and pick-ups at our taco shop in the city of Fullerton.
